Writer's Resources

United States Copyright Office
The U.S. Copyright Office website. This has a ton of information about laws regarding copyright, and also has forms available for download if you have a work you would like to submit.

Creative Commons
This is a site with some information about works that have "some rights reserved" as opposed to the copyrighted works that are "all rights reserved".

Author Networking Websites

Author Nation
This site is sponsored by Infinity Publishing and runs quite a bit like Face Book, though without some of the crazier (and sometimes annoying) features. Author Nation also offers a blog for each page.

Book Rix
This site focuses on the books more so than the authors that write them. However, you do have the option of creating an author profile. This site seems to be very user-friendly.

Nothing Binding
This site seems to be more popular than some of the others, but is more difficult to navigate and to set up your page/profile.
